Understanding the Waiting List and Deposit
There is no deposit required to sign up for a Toypomz waiting list. Signing up on the waiting list gives you a place in the picking order for the next litter of Toypomz Pomeranian puppies.
Your placement in the picking order is based on the number of registrants signed up prior to your submission.
ToyPomz Pomeranians requires a $200.00 non-refundable deposit after the birth of the puppies to hold a puppy. Your deposit(s) if more then one will be applied to the final purchase price. This shows you are serious about a puppy.
The deposit is non-refundable. Please understand the puppy has grown out and may be harder to place. There is the additional costs for advertisement, care, housing and the time spent to keep this puppy you no longer wish to have. The deposit helps defer these costs if you change your mind.
In the event of a selected puppy becoming ill or deceased, the deposit will be refunded or if agreed upon by both parties your deposit may be applied to a puppy not spoken for. By submitting this form you agree that you have read "Understanding the waiting list and deposit.
